St. Joseph School, Pandithahalli, celebrated Diwali with great enthusiasm and meaningful reflection. The event was graced by Sri Mallikarjuna Shivacharya Swamiji of the Mudukutore Vedha Jyotishya Math, who shared an inspiring message on the true essence of Diwali—urging students to remove inner darkness such as jealousy and anger through the light of knowledge and virtue. Principal Rev. Fr. Alwin D’Souza SJ also conveyed heartfelt Diwali greetings, emphasizing unity, love, and harmony while encouraging students to be like lamps that spread light without discrimination. The program, coordinated by teacher Pascal Mary, featured skits, dances, and cultural performances by students highlighting the festival’s values. The celebration fostered a spirit of togetherness and reinforced the school’s commitment to moral and holistic education.
