The Diwali (Deepavali) Festival of Lights was celebrated in our school with great enthusiasm and joy. The chief guest for the event was the esteemed Kunduru Doddamata Swamiji, Parama Pujya Immadi Basavarajendra Swamiji, who delivered an inspiring address on the importance of peace and harmony among all religions. His message encouraged us to embrace unity in diversity, emphasizing that despite our differences, we must live together in mutual respect and understanding. The president of the event, Rev. Fr. Pradeep Anthony SJ, also shared a powerful message on the significance of harmony and peace. He explained why these values are essential for a peaceful world and how we can live together as brothers and sisters. Fr. Pradeep also highlighted the importance of respecting the diversity of religions as a mark of respect for our nation, especially as proud Indians. Throughout the event, students performed cultural dances, showcasing the richness of our traditions and fostering a sense of unity. The principal expressed gratitude to all the organizers and participants, thanking everyone for their efforts in making the event a success. The celebration not only marked the spirit of Diwali but also reinforced the message of peace and harmony.
